Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I’ve had the kyleena IUD for over a year and a bit now, but for the past few weeks every time me and my partner have had sex, I’ve bled afterwards (tmi: not a great amount but enough to drip a few times) and have had pinkish discharge occasionally in between too.
I went to the GP and they checked everything and apparently it seems normal and healthy. I’m just a bit concerned as to why I’m bleeding all of a sudden after being fine for a year. Could this be something else or is it normal for the IUD?
Has anyone else had this experience?
