Coming off Cerazette. Pregnant with withdrawal bleed?

Hello just wondering if someone can answer this?
I came off of Cerazette on 7th nov and me and my husband had unprotected sex on 10th nov. I actually started bleeding today ( withdrawal bleed ) I know sperm can live inside of the body for a few days so is it possible for me to have gotten pregnant even though I’m having my withdrawal bleed? Or is it not possible until I have a regular period? Sorry if this is confusing! As I am confused haha! Thank you :) x
