Mirena Coil pregnancy what are the chances...?

Hi,
So name change for various reasons, I am currently on the mirena Coil I have it in since November 2017. I have 2 DC.
I have been feeling extremely tired lately which only happens to me when I have been previously pregnant, yesterday morning I woke up with a dull ache in my stomach was tossing and turning for awhile suddenly had to make a burst for the loo excuse the rudeness but shat my brains out, straight after vomited my guts up totally unlike me unless I have a bug, haven't had a proper period in months I know this can be cause of mirena Coil which I am not worried about but so confused as to what's going on with my body took PT came negative what are the chances of a failed mirena Coil and getting pregnant on it 🙈🤔

Can you still feel the strings? I know they can move. Best way to check is try and feel the thread. If you cant feel them you will need to have it checked out.

I had my merina in for 4 years and always used to get pregnancy symptoms but never had a positive test, could just be it settling in?

Mine also dislodged after 4 years now I’m on the pill
