Coming off topiramate to try for baby no 2

Hi guys so I'm currently trying to lower my medication dosage of topiramate. I was prescribed it due to chronic migraines after the birth of my first baby. I went from 25mg to 100mg. I have already dropped from 100mg to 75mg but I feel terrible already. My question is has anyone ever come of this dosage and felt side affects afterwards? Like the headaches coming back more and getting dizzy?. I really want to come off this tablet as it's caused so many side affects and I feel ready for baby no2.
