Blood 1.5 weeks after period on coil

I have copper coil.

My period finished nearly 2 weeks ago and all has been fine.

Sorry for tmi but when I wiped there was blood. Would this be classed as spotting?

And what could cause it only 1.5 - 2 weeks after end of last period?

Last had intercourse approx 24 hours ago and had no pain or bleeding after that
