Progestrogen mini pill and never have periods but today am bleeding.

Is this something to worry about or not?

I have the progestrogen only pill and can't remember when I last had a period, probably when I started taking it so over two years ago! Today I'm bleeding (very very dark blood) and feel a bit crampy. Also explains my mood and the 2 bags of DS's sweets I inhaled.

Is it normal to have a bleed every now and then?

Same thing here. Been on Cerazette for nearly two years and haven't had any bleeding since (apart from the initial bleeding on week 1).

Started spotting on Monday and it finished in Thursday. Brown blood. Very little of it.

Paranoid I had had a contraception failure but looking at the dates, I should be testing positive now and I'm not.

Did a blood test at the GP yesterday and results will be in next week. If blood test confirms I am not pregnant, GP wants to investigate the cause of this sudden bleed.
