4 day break on the pill instead of 7

Anyone else been advised to do this by their gp? It doesn't mention it in the book or online but that's what I have been advised to do on marvelon after having my baby. I tend to get my bleed on day 3/4 so not sure how it will affect that??

I'm not sure why your gp would have advised this? It will mean you bleed more frequently, every 24 days as opposed to 28 and you will be starting on a different day of the week each month so would potentially be a bit confusing. I would definitely go back to them for clarification and a reason why.
