Hi so as the subject says I have had my mirena for over 3 blissful years with not even a hint of an AF. Last Thursday I went to the loo and when I wiped there was bright pink blood 😳 I had back pains and a slight uti so out it down to that off I went to the dr and got some antibiotics and thought nothing more of it. Fast forward to this morning ( 1 week later) and I have bright pink blood again. Only when I wipe, I am only using a panty liner as a precaution. I do have slight cramping but it's minimal.
Is this normal? Had it happened to anyone else, could it be the hormone levels dropping? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
