Can you swop from Mirena to copper coil in one appt?

I want my Mirena removed as it has killed my sex drive. Is it at all likely they will be able to just stick a copper coil straight in at the same time?

Yes as long as the mirena is still in date and you haven't had sex for a week before hand.
There's a very small chance the 2nd coil won't go in as is always the case with a change.
