I have the copper IUD and it has been a life changer for me, the hormones on the pill were causing monthly migraines. For the last week I've been feeling "different" it's very hard to explain. I've been cramping but without a period and have been feeling sick throughout the day. I know I'm not pregnant I have taken. Does anyone have experience of this? I can feel the strings.
