all the symptoms but no period

This is my first cycle on loestrin20 and im now 5 days late. I've got all the symptoms (upset tummy, sore boobs, headache. But no cramps). Was moved off a higher dose pill as was giving me heart palpitations, missed beats and basically hormone poisoning symptoms). I missed one pill, week two but only had sex ( not ummm in the normal place iykwm) a week before the missed pill.
I've never missed a period before while on the pill, is it normal?
Also got a suspected kidney infection, no treatment yet as im "not bad enough to have an app" according to the receptionist (don't know if that would effect this though).
Push for a doc app and poss waste his time or wait?

Anyone?
Or should I ask to move this to general health? How do I do that?

I don't know about pills and periods, so I can't help you more than that. I would be booking an appt to ask questions about what to expect in terms of cycle, but you don't need a gp to do a pg test......
