Currently using condoms but want something that doesn't interrupt play so much (ahem). I can't have any hormonal contraception and I'm not sure the copper coil is for me, the first couple of days of my period are so heavy that I'm not sure I could cope with increased flow.
That basically leaves natural family planning which I'm not sure id be confident enough to trust because my cycle is not 100% regular or a diaphragm, which I think would be the ideal solution. I already use a mooncup so the insertion aspect wouldn't faze me. But do doctors even prescribe them these days or are they relics from the 1970s?!
I'm almost 40, two children both CS births, not planning any more but if an accident happened would be happy if that makes sense!
