breast lump/ swelling/ mirina coil/ pregnant??????

Hi all,
this is my first post on here! About 6 weeks ago i noticed a large lump in my left breast. It was just before a period so i left it. I monitored it closely over the month and it did not go away, and my whole boob is definitely bigger. I went to the doc last week who said due to my age (32 ) i was not an urgent referral to get it checked so go and wait a month.
My period is currently due (or even a few days late!) and i have noticed both boobs are now huge and my bra did not fit this morning. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both negative. I have had the Mirina coil inserted for 3-4 years, it has worked really well for me, just spotting every month and hardly any mood swings etc.
So what the hell is going on with my boobs? Its very unlikely that i'm pregnant since i have the coil and have had 2 negative tests but I feel very pregnant.. the boobs and i've also been a bit constipated, the same as when i was pg with my two boys.
Has anyone had similar symptoms? What should i do next, go back to dr, ask for a blood test for pg? They say you are at a higher risk of ectopic pg when you have the coil? AAAGHHHHH!!

Hey I had similar problems but I only had the coil in for all in all 6 months because of it!
Lumps in my breast that grew and had to be removed but they were (and probably yours are too) fibro adinomas and only get removed if painful or very big.
I always worried I was pregnant from missing periods, massive sore breasts, constipation and fatigue but I never was. It also gave me awful bouts of thrush and urine infections x

Hi Hippyrose, its weird coz i've had it in for years with no problems, why would i get large lumpy boobs now? AF did eventually start over a week late, and very light, just spottiing really. I've had 3 negative PG tests so not PG but boobs are still big! Still feel a little uneasy about it all.
