earliest way of detecting pregnancy please? UK

Hello, I was wondering whens the earliest you can detect pregnancy with a test/ blood test? What is the earliest urine test to get? And do blood tests tell you earlier? And what's the earliest you can have symptoms? I'm going crazy but I'm sure I am already, feel exactly as I did with first baby! Arghh help!

I used a early detection test a few days before my period was due with baby number 3 as I just knew I was pregnant, very faint line that grew stronger over the following few days.

Check on the packs for 10 mIU there able to dectect very early.
