1st post baby period lasted a month so far...

I had a bad haemorrhage and an episiotomy and it took over 5 weeks for bleeding to stop after the birth. At my 6 week postnatal check I went on depo provera and about a week later my period started. It's been almost a month now and I'm still bleeding. After almost stopping, it has got heavier in the past week (though still not much overall compared to a normal period).

Should I see my GP?

Or is this normal?

I would. A friend of mine had this and it was due to a hormone imbalance. So not necessarily linked to the problem you had after your birth.
