Ouch. Horrible dull ache, isn't it. I rather optimistically went to the supermarket after I had my Mirena put in, it was a stupid idea.

Hope you are fully loaded with ibuprofen/cocodamol/drug of your choice now?

Thanks - i took out of the cupboard asprin, ibuprofan and co codomol......but I was good, I only took the co codomol!!! I was thinking it was just me being a wimp, thank you for letting me feel better about feeling so damn sorry for myself!

I was bf-ing when I had the mirena put in, so had to cope on one paracetamol... then come home, take dog for a one hour walk and cook dinner (have been told my medal is in the post, but still no sign of it ).

Dinner ended up in the bin btw.

OMG - now I feel really bad for complaining after your experience Dances!!!
