And why didn't I think to take pain killers beforehand???? Feel crap and wanted to cook tea before picking dd up from school, but stuff that, cup of tea on the sofa instead ..........

Ouch. Horrible dull ache, isn't it. I rather optimistically went to the supermarket after I had my Mirena put in, it was a stupid idea.

Hope you are fully loaded with ibuprofen/cocodamol/drug of your choice now?

Thanks - i took out of the cupboard asprin, ibuprofan and co codomol......but I was good, I only took the co codomol!!! I was thinking it was just me being a wimp, thank you for letting me feel better about feeling so damn sorry for myself!

I was bf-ing when I had the mirena put in, so had to cope on one paracetamol... then come home, take dog for a one hour walk and cook dinner (have been told my medal is in the post, but still no sign of it Sad).

Dinner ended up in the bin btw.
