Severe bloating with a mirena coil will it go away?

I had the mirena coil put in 2 weeks ago, today I have severe bloating again which had gone down for a few days. I also had fibroids removed at the same time as the mirena coil was inserted. I am never normally bloated. Is this a side effect of the mirena coil.

I'm desperate for the mirena coil to work as otherwise I will probably only have the option of my womb being removed which I really don't want.

Will call the consultant tomorrow but she was a bit useless at telling me what would happen post op.
