Anyone have any of these, as I am up to nearly 6 weeks removal, and I am nearly committing suicide with my anxiety and depression

Aw you poor thing. That sounds awful. Sending a hug to you. I've suffered with depression and been suicidal so can imagine how you're feeling. Do you think it could be to do with a change in hormones with having the coil removed? Have you been to see your gp? They may be able to shed light on it and they will help you. Remember you can call the samaritans or go to a and e. Have you got anyone with you?

Meant to say I haven't had a mirena coil so no experience of that, but didn't want your post to go unanswered.

Hey hope you are okay, found this searching as had same anxiety for the 8 months on mirena and expected it to go away after but hasn't , only a week since removal though, can't belive your still suffering 6 weeks later, any problems before mirena for you?

Yes I am an anxious person, but never to this extent... I was always able to be at work, and keep out and about. It seems the hormones in the mirena just put the tin hat on it, and hopefully I will be back sometime soon at work But I definitely felt awful on the mirena..... just thinking about it makes my stomach heave........ but then again not everyone is the same.
Early morning wakening, with anxious thoughts were the first problem I had, and then I couldn't even eat breakfast, and it all came to a climax when I just couldn't cope at work, and was sending emails to people I knew saying I was going down a big dark tunnel....
