No period since baby, poly follicular ovaries, help?

I know that no period is fairly normal as I still BF on demand at 7 months but I went for my post-postnatal checkup (nasty tear, gynae wanted to see me at 6 months post) and gynae did a TV ultrasound to check that everything was as it should but mentioned in passing that I have poly follicular ovaries.

I have no idea what this is, I've heard if PCOS but I don't have excess hair and I'm not overweight which dr google says can be commonly associated with PCOS and no trouble getting pregnant. Slightly too easy if truth be told, I only pray it will be as simple next time but with these funny ovaries complicate things?

I had poly follicular ovaries before I had DC1.
It was due to my low hormone levels.
I was able to conceive DD with a little help and DS with no help at all.
They have caused me no more problems.
