You know the IMPLANT thing... do you need to have had a period before getting it put in?

DC3 is 8m and 99% certainly our last baby

DP said the other day "Maybe I should just have the snip". I almost fainted. He's always been Hmm about this option but I must confess I wibbled a bit at the finality of it

(I did reassure him that to conceive we would need to be having regular sex...) Wink

So I was wondering about the implant... but I haven't had a period yet (still BF)

I'm so confused about FP choices!

no... had Mirena fitted when dd was bf and no af .. stll bleed on and off for 3-4 weeks but nothing since :)

CAzzy is the Mirena a coil or an arm implant thing?

Not sure. You have to be certain you aren't pregnant. My Doctor was reluctant to do mine because I booked it for 2 weeks after my period. I reassured her there was no way I was pregnant as DD was 11mo, I was working and knackered :o
Maybe they could do a test to be sure.

Mirena - mine just said to ensure I wasn't pregnant - ie use condoms
