I've missed pills, and had unprotected sex. Is it ok to keep taking the pills now?

I know, i sound like a freaking teenager.
don't want to be pregnant, but equally if i am, i don't want to do any harm.
so do i stop taking them and wait and see? then start again at my next period?

You need to stop taking the pill until you know for sure.

i've done a bit of googling, and it's not advised to continue on the pill but there doesn't seem to be evidence of it doing any harm.
i will stop til my next period.
