hockey sticks do I need a different one for indoors?

Hi dd is just starting out in hockey and has been borrowing a stick from the club so far. They are playing indoors till mid April, then go out on the field.

Have packed dh off to buy a stick with dd since she wants her own but am unsure if she needs two different ones, or can she use a field hockey stick indoors too?

Does anyone know?

wondering if she couldn't use a new outdoor stick indoors for a couple of weeks if it had never been used outdoors? hmmm no idea at all.
