GRR at gym waiting list

DD1 has been on teh waiting list for gym lessons at a local sportscentre for a year now.She is on the waiting list for 6-7 yr olds .If she doesn't get to the top of it before she's 8 do you think she will have to start at the bottom of the 8-9 yr old list ? How do these things usually work ? it is council -run)
Have put my just-turned - 4 DD down as well on the 4-5 list-=she is at no 136

Do you have a car? Surely there must be other gym clubs in driving distance.

Maybe she needs to go on the 8-9 list now? And get your 4 year old on the 5-6 list too?

Sounds a bit like a club near me, has a 2 year waiting list.

I would contact the gym class or council and ask how many are on the list in front of you and what the proceedure is for when she is not in that age group any longer.
