[NYT]

My daughter auditioned for NYT this year and recieved an email to say she has been recalled for a Zoom audition, which is very exciting!

We are completely new to NYT, so I’d really love to hear from anyone whose child has attended or who has experience with the process. I’d be grateful for any information about what it’s like and what we can expect.

My DS auditioned in person and I am wondering when we will hear

My DS also auditioned in person this year. I think results come out the week beginning 14th April. From what I know, they do a membership course either during the summer or on Saturdays for a term. And then they do a casting day. After that, they're free to apply to plays at NYT and casting directors might submit offers to NYT for members to audition for. Hope this helps xx

My DS who has just turned 14 auditioned this year and has been waitlisted. He is delighted as it was a last minute decision and is already doing a show with NYMT so extremely busy. He really enjoyed the audition so we will need to wait and see I guess! Good luck to everyone else waiting.
