In stage 7
How deep do you think the pool should be?
Or is there a set depth it should be at?

A minimum of 1.2m, preferably deeper? Ideally the swimmers would be out of their depth.

Why?

They've put it right down this week.
Doesn't make any sense. It is above 1.2 yes but there's no way they're out of their depth.

A long time since my son had swimming lessons. However don't you dive in at level 7? He went from level 7 to swim club - diving in, tumble turns etc.

You can tumble in 1.2m, but a shallow dive needs min 1.8m.

Ideally there is a lot less margin for error when the water is deeper.

Ok I think I've decided I'm going to email or say something anyway.

It makes no sense

Diving is part of level 7 so would assume reasonable depth.
