Grassroots football

Does anyone know where I would find a list of costs for setting up a grassroots football team, such as league fees, affiliation fees etc.

Your county FA should have an outreach officer who can help you with this

Thanks. I’ll have a look at that. With regards to money in the team pot…. If we were to leave the club we were part of, would anyone know what would happen to that money? Would it go to the club or leave with the team?

Every club finances different. At our club most costs like pitch hire are monthly or paid at start season so no money would leave with you. I am a club sec.

League fees are normally £500-1000 for a centre based league or £10-200 plus weekly pitch & ref hire for home / away. Depends on age. At U12 it's about £80-90 a game
