I'm looking after the money collected from parents/carers for the coaches Christmas present. There are 3 coaches and it was never mentioned to contributors how the money would be split.
Would you expect it to be split equally across the 3 volunteer coaches? There is an obvious 'lead' coach and 2 assistants e.g. lead coach does all the admin as well as the scheduled sessions, assistants do sessions only.
I would like to spend more on the lead coach. Not hugely different - maybe 40/30/30. We're talking about an extra few bottles of beer or something, nothing major.
Would you have an issue with this as a parent/carer?
