What is the most value for money piano brand in the uk

My family ll be moving to uk soon and my daughter use s Yamaha u1 back at home. I m thinking of buying a new one for her coz the moving price is tremendous. I was wondering if you can help suggest a better brand at similar price? I think Yamaha u1 cost around 4900 pounds in uk . Am I right? Please enlighten . Many thanks.

Or is a decent second hand u1 Yamaha costs 2500 pounds? I ll also consider it if it is.

You won't get a new U1 for £4,900, its more like £8,000, are you sure its not the B series you have seen?

A refurbed U1 would be around £5,000

Get a Yamaha second hand from Mark Goodwin pianos. They’re a very reputable company. We got a U3 from them last year and we’re very happy with the quality.
