Have you registered for this and how lnog did it take for login details to arrive? Wondering how long the option will be open for.Ds hurt his hand so wanted to leave a couple of days but worried about the limited time option being closed.

Do you not have a comment after where it says pass/merit/distinction that says to view your marks press "grade" below? Then a very small "grade" link at the bottom of the page that takes you to % marks? Mine also says 0% progress, whatever that means, but I did find DD's % score.

It's like a virtual exam escape room, first to find their certificate gets a prize or something. I'm mostly trying not to be sarky about the setup really as they've obviously had to repurpose a system that wasn't meant to be used on this scale.

Yes I clicked "Grade" then overview report and user report appeared on that page. I clicked both but the grade space were all empty!!!
I was laughing when you mentioned "Virtual escape room"!!!!!. I did a virtual escape room with my DD this summer for NCO online course and we both were so excited to find the clue but yes it's very well said and you actually played so well in this trinity escape room.

Wow! I DM Trinity via messenger and the staff quickly responded and told me the score!
How amazing.
6% down from DD's performance percentage( I calculated) but I am so happy.

Hi everyone

Finally we got the final result!
Thank you for thirdfiddle's advice to check courses. Now two courses are assigned and the final result are in it. But it's showing 0% progress and can't see overall marking out of 100%. Cloudberry, is it same for you?
When you click the final result, second highlighted sentence say;
Your result is a Pass/Merit/Distinction

It is curious to know the overall marking but I can wait for longer for that. Now my DD can announce her result officially to the school.

Lunar1, Trinity webpage says

All certificates will be despatched from September 2020.

So hopefully they will send us soon but I believe I have to chase this up again if I don't receive till the end of let's say Nov. I am so get used to wait anything for longer now. Good luck with ABRSM exam. It would be great to have 4 pieces concert style video yourself too! If your school has a lovely grand piano, it would be even better!

Yes, it's the same for me. I'm happy with the result (could be slightly better if allowed to play scales, etc).

Nope no news on the certificate front here either. Am hoping that will just arrive in the post eventually. Though given we never did get the promised email saying the results were ready ... who knows.

No certificate neither which I expected!
I will contact Trinity at the end of Nov if I haven't received by then.
I only received 1 email from Trinity which was the confirmation of registering and paid for the exam. After that, log in details, result were all via FB messenger!
Please let me know if anyone get a certificate.

Cloulberry, Wow, you received your certificate! Now you can officially leave the Trinity escape room. I envy you.
I messaged Trinity on 11 Nov. They said

"Apologies for the delays. We understand that the first large batch of certificates are being processed and should start being sent by the end of the week. The next batch which is the remaining bulk of certificates should be making their way towards the end of next week"

Already 2 weeks since. My DD's school wanted to take a photo of my DD with the certificate but never mind! Thirdfiddle, pls send message to Trinity and let us know!

At last, we have received our certificate this morning.

I registered the exam back in June.
Such a long journey but now we are so pleased.
Normally, music grade exams are handled by the school, but I am so glad that I did it myself as I knew where I stand and could deal with it myself rather than keep asking the school for the update.

We got DS1's certificate through yesterday too.

Apologies for bumping an old fred, but has anyone applied since November for the new digital grades and if so, how did you find the marking process and the time it took etc

We have just submitted DDs recording and am now waiting for the result and am trying not to jump every time my email pings
