There have been some virtual orchestra things to join in which mine have enjoyed, Jess Gillan did one. You could also play around with the acapella app, doing duets with themselves. It's hard when most of the joy is playing with others and that isn't possible.

If they’re bored I’d let them stop before you kill any joy of it They have And they completely give up.

My sons are having their music lessons as normal - via Skype. Would that work? Then it's just practice as normal (they don't play in orchestras or anything though).

We put together a #NYOdetoJoy concert for neighbours - they chose the music inc. a few duets and organised their practice for it. We put little cards through immediate neighbours’ letterboxes to let them know. Was appreciated by everyone and gave the kids a fun target.

Also there is the opportunity to play at Thursday clap for carers. And there is lots of online activities being arranged by NYO, NCO, Jess Gilliam, etc.
