Can my son go to two different beavers groups?

Hi, hoping someone can advise me! I started looking around for beavers for my son as he loves the outdoors and is in desperate need of improving social skills due to a number of concerns I have and the school have raised.
He has been attending one for nearly four weeks and has just settled in and one of the other ones we went to which has a really good reputation has text to say they now have availability. They are both close and run on different night and happen to fall under two different districts.
If he were to attend both and have two separate uniforms would this be ok?

Hoping someone can give me some clarification as I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Many thanks

I think but am not sure, that he wouldn't be able to. I think the units need to check with each other about a transfer, and there are central records of memberships.

But you would 100% be best to ask the leaders of your units.

If there are waiting lists for admission it seems a bit unfair if you are taking two places.

No, there are huge waiting lists for many groups. He can only be invested into one group (said as a beaver leader)

Ok thank you. Just wanted to make sure.

Locally to me there aren’t huge waiting lists at there were only two with waiting lists at of all the ones I enquired about and a place has come up on that one within 3 weeks. One of the units had combined with another local struggling unit last year so they could both continue and another was having to have there beavers actives with their cubs due to low numbers, but I thought there would only be one membership.
