Split sole jazz shoe for very narrow feet

I need to get tan coloured split sole jazz shoes (without laces) but dds feet are extremely narrow, are there any brands that come recommended? We only have a small shop locally and they don’t stock much choice.

Have a look on the Dance Direct website (or order the catalogue so you can spend hours looking at it - that might just be me!), they normally have lots of shoes in different width fittings.

Oh great thanks I’ll have a look. Fairly new to this, just been ballet shoes up til now!

will see if I can find my daughter's - she has narrow feet and has a great pair of slip on jazz shoes. we have put insoles in jazz shoes before for my other daughter but she always had to have lace up ones when she did panto so we have never tried slip on ones with her. now they have said they can have either so we buy the younger one slip on ones as so much easier

That’s great thanks very much. I looked on dance direct but they don’t seem to have anything that fits all criteria! I never thought of an insole either. I think no laces would be easier if I can manage to get them and that’s what everyone else has and she won’t want to be different!

she has these ones - her feet aren't ridiculously narrow but they are narrow compared to all her friends and are very shallow too. www.dancewearcentral.co.uk/dance-shoes-c46/jazz-shoes-c52/bloch-pure-split-sole-jazz-shoes-p1080/s11130?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=bloch-pure-split-sole-jazz-shoes-bloch-black-c11-colour-black-size-c11-i-s0461b11&utm_campaign=product%2Blisting%2Bads&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIydvL8I-d3QIVDFXTCh1ZJA8XEAQYAyABEgJSv_D_BwE hopefully that link works. they are bloch ones anyway

the ones with the elasticy sides seem wider in my opinion, the ones we have with the elastic just on the front/top seem narrower

WeeM · 02/09/2018 21:17

Great thanks...I’m going to drop them a message and ask If they come in tan too. Thanks again

DD has capezio split sole with the elastic just on the top (like a plimsoll) and they are lovely and narrow.

WeeM · 02/09/2018 21:34

Yep I think elastic on top is way to go then. Might order a couple of sizes and see how we go.

sorry completely missed that you wanted tan, must learn to read properly! but that style is definitely the best sort for narrow
