My DS 11 is a chorister and the Moorland chorister camp in Cumbria has been suggested. Has anyone got experience of it?

DS wouldn't go, but I know several Choristers who've been and had a wonderful time. DS did do the junior event which was also fun.

Thank you, DH thinks it is a bit weird as we don't know anyone there, looks lovely though

Lots of people go back every year I think. I haven't heard anything bad about it, and have heard about it from different sources.

My son did Morland twice, it's brilliant. Unfortunatley it has clashed with his choir's summer tour for the past couple of years and he has chosen hotels over staying in tents!

I thought it was a really special place and an amazing standard of music. My son didn't know anyone either but the leaders are really good about grouping people together and making sure people are okay.
We got to know about it from my son's teacher who has been a participant and helper from when she was about 9!
