National Children's/Youth Brass Band of Great Britain. 2018 Courses.

We are waiting to hear news from the NCBBGB. Has anyone heard anything yet? As you may be aware, if you don't get a place on the course you just don't hear anything. Thought it might be useful to others waiting to know when the 'you're in!' letters had gone out/been received.

My son was a member of the NCBBGB course last year and received an invitation last Friday for next year's course but I'm not sure if the letters would go out at a similar time for those that auditioned this year.

Thanks hatismyname. I imagine that the invitations to current band members went first. We haven't had any post for several days due to the weather in Shropshire which isn't helping our nerves!

Not sure this is the news you want to hear but my son received his invite about a week ago. He is a first-timer (Tenor Horn)

Heard this morning from current member of NYBBGB that neither her or her friends had heard anything yet.

Current member received letter today - others yet to hear.
