I need to find a piano teacher!

Ds Has just done grade 5. He started two years ago and has progressed fairly quickly. He really has outgrown what his teacher can do for him. I need someone who can help him progress and nurture his talent. We contacted a local secondary school which is strong in music and they made some recommendations, but we can't find a teacher to commit to a fixed slot. DH And I both work FT, we really need a time fixed each week to take him to his lesson.
Local parents and friends seem happy with the teaching through school, which we are not happy with, so no help there.
Any ideas welcome!

That is strange, most teachers will prefer a fixed slot in their diary. If you put your query on the music thread with the location you are looking for maybe somebody can recommend a teacher. Have you got a Music Service in your area? They can also provide fixed slots for lessons or recommend more teachers.
