Dance competitions and festivals - Independent entries.

Bit of a niche question, perhaps. Just wanted to ask if anybody enters their children into dance competitions as an independent entry and/or under their ballet school name as this is something we're considering as the school as a whole doesn't do many competitions. Any advice or tips would be appreciated

Perhaps you could ask on balletcoforum.com - lots of people on there whose dc's do festivals and competitions, someone is bound to be able to help.

Independent entries can be done at most of the festivals I've been involved with. Just check on their website and/or drop the dance secretary an email.
