DCs are 8 and 12, I would like to buy some fun books that teach them about money, finance and economics. Any suggestions?

The 12 year old might enjoy some of the "popular economics" type books like the Undercover Economist that looks at the behavioural aspects of economics. My 13 year old has read some of this.

Take a look at banks' websites. I know Nationwide Building SOC has activities by age for kids to help them learn about money, budgeting etc. But they will also cover this in school.

"Whatever happened to Penny Candy" was a good intro to concepts of inflation etc.
