Best dance style for toddler?

Almost 3yo DD is desperate to learn to dance but im not really sure what style to start her off with? she's fascinated by cheerleading and whilst we have a group near us they prefer to take them from 4.

Is there a style that offers a all round dance education? or should I just look at something like gymnastics?

I was never into dance myself so don't really have a clue!!

DD started Diddi Dance a while ago, they might have a franchise in your area - very informal all round dance, they do a different style each half term (bollywood, jive etc) and did a special one for halloween too. DD loved it but the teacher changed and now she is refusing to go - such a shame.

Ballet is the basis for all dance styles. At three RAD teachers tend to offer a syllabus called Movement With Melody Bear. That would be a good starting place.
