Rainbows - where on jacket should I sew Olivia badge?

Hoping someone can help! I know certain badges need to go in certain places and think I remember some time ago being told that the Olivia badge (forlooking after the Olivia doll) must go somewhere specific. But where...Grin? Thanks for any replies.
