I am massively proud of my DD

I mean, most of you know that already - I do go on about it a bit

But in this particular case I am beyond proud.

She applied for and got a grant from the council to produce an event for Black History Month
She arranged acts
She booked a theatre & arranged a technical discussion about the event
She designed and had the publicity material printed
& she is dancing with most of the acts

So I am proud!

you're proud with reason. That is great for a 15 year old. She sounds very Independent.

Y-es, um independant is not the word for it....bloody minded maybe? But I keep reminding myself it's a good thing in her chosen career

She is a good girl & she is now the model for a billboard poster too (just for her Ballet show) but I am very, very chuffed

I think we might drive past the theatre tonight just to see her poster

Having a minor panic as only 9 tickets have sold
