After School club costs

To all you Mums out there I need some advice.... I am a freelance youth worker and want to set up an Art/drama based after school and breakfast club for all abilities in my area. I would like to know how much you pay or would expect pay per session?

Would it be childcare for parents who worked, or would it an extra club, for fun?

I pay £4.80 for 1 hour of care before school, and £5 for 1.5 hours childcare after school.

For 1 hour of basketball before school I pay £2.

For 1.5 hours of after school football I pay £3.50.

A commercial one round here is typically round £5 for an hour. It will depend on your area though.
The ones run by schools are generally much cheaper, I think the breakfast club is £1 and the afterschool one not much more. But those are just child care without anything special laid on.

You probably need to go round the local schools and ask if they're willing to ask parents to do a survey and ask what they would expect to pay and if they're interested.
