Can anyone recommend a cheap supplier of rainbows uniform ?

dd 5 has just started rainbows so wondered if anyone can recommend a supplier of the uniform.

Watch out on Ebay - sometimes Rainbow and Brownie uniform sells for pretty much the shop price. Some units have nearly-new uniform to sell. Have you tried Freecycle?

If you have to buy it new, please buy it from girlguiding trading services as then the profit goes back into the organisation.

Have you asked the leader, a lot of my girls donate their uniforms to the unit and I sell them on for funds.

Just buy less uniform - when my dd was at Rainbows got away with just the T-shirt and a pair of red leggings !

Oh yes should have said that, most units don't ask the girls to wear anymore than the minimum of the tshirt.

Watch the quality you get from cheap suppliers, one near us was terrible and everything was falling apart within the first year. So not only do you spend more money, theres more hassle involved too :(!
