mouth gaurds

My 8 yr old is having difficulty fitting his mouth gaurd. I think we've now ruined it and will have to buy another one.
Is there a knack to doing it???

If he has his second teeth, get it fitted by a specialist or dentist (speaking from experience as mum to a rugby playing son) the moulding type just don't do the job.

It's expensive but well worth it if you don't want to see your dc's smile ruined!!!
