Number 14 now full up. I don’t think a new one has been started yet?
November total 191.1. (I think)

Another grey, very muddy run this morning. Wouldn’t mind a bit of sunshine. And the dog managed to get himself stuck the other side of a fence and couldn’t work out how to get back Hmm But I did enjoy it overall

Short easy run this morning - and it was sunny! Can't remember the last sunny day we had!
Irun is your dog related to mine?! She got through a fence on Tuesday's run into a field of cows. Luckily they were all about half a mile away while she was romping happily through the cow pats pursued by me! Dh's contribution was to stand by the fence and alternatively whistle & laugh. Got her back eventually & made her run through a river before she got back in the car..

@emummy very jealous of the sun and your dog tales made me laugh!

Group interval run last night.

Another sunny day for running today, absolutely freezing though! Went with Dh, nice hilly run in the forest dodging puddles & ice.

Finally a run with a little sun. Felt so good despite the cold wind.

Started off foggy but then the sun broke through and was beautiful. Cold, icy and muddy but enjoyable.
My dog is a very daft spaniel emummy He will often manage to flush out pheasants in to the path directly in front of me.

Yah finally got a run in after 12d on the sick bench, with yet another virus my 3rd since sept just keep getting them w my youngest DD, this Autumn. We were away due to a family celebration but as luck would have it there was a ParkRun in the park behind the hotel 😂so I became a PR tourist this morning. It was lovely morning too. Hope I can find my long run mojo on Monday too as the weather forecast is good if a little chilly but I don’t mind that.

Freezing cold run in the forest today. It was absolutely beautiful, sunny with a thick white frost everywhere, but so cold. And I took a route I hadn't done for a while and found it was really overgrown so I had to push through thick frosty bushes & got ice down my neck! The dog was fine, she just ran under them as though running through a tunnel. Not going that way again!

Short run in the mud for me testing out new trail trainers and didn’t slip once so pretty happy with them. I have a half marathon on Saturday so no weekend long run this week and an easier week of running ahead trying not to over do it.

Lovely cold frosty sunny run this morning just about got 7.5m in, would have liked to do more but had to get back home by certain time. It’s nice to be feeling 80% better now, alas DD and DH are both now full of snot. It was my first proper cold run where the buff round my neck didn’t come off, along with the one around my ears plus long socks and winter tights & jacket, nothing came off it was a tad 🥶 but I love that kind of weather wishing I was skiing instead Crown Grin

After a few mild wet days back to sunshine & frost today. Nice brisk run around town, now heading to vets with dog for vaccinations.

A bone chilling cold 5k this morning between dropping off kids at school and work, but it was dry which is a blessing. The cold does seem to make my thigh muscles hurt more the next day though.

Hill loops last night and intervals tonight - both freezing cold runs but both went quickly

First run in over a week for me this morning, struggled a bit to get out and lost the motivation but glad I forced myself out the door today.

Forced myself out last night but enjoyed it when out. Need to clock up some December miles as a yearly total of 500 miles is in my sights.

Well done to everyone getting out in the cold! Easy run for me today, switching from tomorrow so I can spend 2 hours in the cold watching & helping with a primary school rugby festival.

Half hearted short afternoon run with a bonkers dog. So tired at the moment. Crawling to the finish line which is the end of term

Muddy run in a little forest we don’t often go to; I thought it would be less hilly. So 400 feet of climbing later...was great fun though, and it’s not every day you get to run through a stone circle! Dog had a lovely time, we are both covered in mud!

Short hot 5k this morning- I was in full winter kit not realising it was nearly 10c warmer than 2d ago 😂my legs were heavy it’s was more of a ✅ run to log some miles. I’m chasing my 1000k target with 60k to go...

Race went fab, beautiful trail course and lots of fancy dress (though I’m not sure how people managed to run with some of the larger costumes).

Glad it went well Paddington, it sounds like a lovely event.
That is properly muddy IRun, hope you didn’t lose a shoe!
Nice run round country roads for me, nice & sunny but a chilly wind blowing.

Well done paddington on your race. That’s a pretty muddy route emummy hope your shoes survived.
It was a tad windy but I got my training goal 13m done which i was super pleased with as my longest run since Feb.
