Friends voted Brexit. Now up in arms as their DD needs employment visa sponsorship to work in EU. Well - what would you say to that?

Maybe a discreet silence. My sis and bil voted Brexit. The subject is now off limits. But they've begun the tortuous process of getting Irish passports - massive backlog . Occasionally they raise things like delays at the Tunnel. All the fault of France. I'd keep my beak out of it. But allow myself a private chuckle.

Ps not being smug...but our DD has dual EU/British nationality, DH has EU residency and I have EU nationality.
