Single-parent DD wants to take her twin 12-year-olds to visit old friends living in Netherlands. She and one twin are vaccinated: the other can't be because vaccination might cause a relapse in the medical condition she has (nephrotic syndrome). Info on the the Dutch and UK - EU travel websites doesn't seem to cover this. Can anyone advise?
