Moving to an EU country after retirement - S1 Form

Does anyone know whether the S1 form for those in receipt of a UK state pension is still going to be available for healthcare cover if you decide to emigrate to an EU country from now?

The waffle on the Gov.uk site is quite confusing

I suspect the answer is no, but you will get better information from groups like British in Europe (their website or Facebook page) than on here.
