Can't sleep. What can I do?

I've signed the petition and sent an email to my MP. Can't make it to a protest tonight and probably not tomorrow. What can I do that's more productive than punching the wall repeatedly?

draft other letters to local MPs, where you work for example and the effect it could have on that.

draft letters that other people could use and post somewher.

Get out and campaign for whatever political party in your area stands the best chance of winning against the Tories, because an election is coming and they are polling very well right now.
