Brexit

If BJ pushes through a 'no deal' Brexit and people do die because of it, are there an legal consequences he personally could face?

He has been told that there could be issues with medicine supplies and that people could die. If this was a company pushing ahead with a policy knowing people could die then surely corporate manslaughter charges would follow? It looks like he can do this with impunity.
