In seriousness the ballot should be:
Leave with TM deal
Remain

No deal shouldn’t be an option because it reckless and irresponsible to plunge Britain into chaos.

I agree with kitkat’s ballot paper, but suggest people vote by alternative vote (ie select preferences). The way it is counted is to see if anyone gets above 50%. If no one does, the losing option gets re distributed to the other 2 (like ‘round’ voting weekly in x factor).

I think ideally other options like Norway should be there but seeing as the govt have wasted their time not looking into this, we have no idea whether the EU would say yes...

But we have the govt we deserve. The people will be no better than the politicians.

Any referendum question will need to be even-handed Leave/Remain.

Because Leave has multiple options, it can’t be restricted to a question of what type of Leave.

Therefore, in order to be approved by the Electoral Commission it would have to be.... Do you want to Remain or Leave?

And, hey presto, re-run. That’s the law. That’s why the People’s Vote folk never write down what they want the question to be. It’ll be de-bunked by lawyers.

Can the UK put something ona ref ballot that in effect breaks the GFA?
Surely only 'leave with WA' or 'remain' could be on it?

I think the UK will crash out. There will be chaos for a few days / weeks and then the WA will be signed. I thought I heard that could be possible.

Brexit with WA
Revoke

I agree. Some think it will be a remain landslide, but I am not convinced.

If vote is leave again UK is back to where it is now - arguing over how to leave.

Do you
A. Want to continue this shitshow?

B. Never want to hear the word Brexit again?

Don't think it will catch on sadly Sad
